DibWeb provides web design, development, mobile applications, and related digital product services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals needed to complete work.
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply (copy, images, trademarks).
• Use client portals and payment features only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product as outlined in their project agreement. DibWeb retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DibWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
